If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days from receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please also include the accompanying receipt or proof of purchase.
Accessories must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned.
It is acknowledged that sample dresses, due to their nature, have been tried on by more than one person in store, therefore the gown may have some small flaws such as dust on the hem, some loose or missing beading, slight discolouration of the lining etc. Should you wish to return a sample gown please read this policy carefully and follow the instructions given. Provided the gown is returned within the specified period and in the same condition as in which it was dispatched, a full refund will be given.
Louise Perry Bridal will not sell a gown with any of the following flaws, and hence, will not accept a gown returned with any of the following flaws:
- Any obvious stain on the outer fabric of the gown
- Any alteration work having been carried out
- Any evidence of having been worn outside (such as dirt around the hem or on the outside of the gown).
- Any other flaw that would render the gown unfit for resale.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item, within 5 days of its receipt.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment. You will receive the credit at some point within the following days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If any return shipping costs are incurred to Louise Perry Bridal this will be deducted from the refund amount.
It is recommended you use DHL express to return a wedding gown. Expected postage cost is approximately £25.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item, as we will not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
